Favorite Trip: A quick stop in Lisbon, Portugal left me wanting so much more. The ornate buildings, cobbled hills, kind people, and incredible food draw you in and invite you to experience life like the locals do. Portugal is also very affordable for a European vacation!
Favorite Meal: Spectrum, Amsterdam NL. Spectrum is a 2-Michelin Star restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam’s famed canal district. The incredible staff offer guests more than just a meal, they give guests the joy of experiencing dining as fine art.
